1. Product Representation

Accuracy: The product matches its name and description accurately.

Visuals: Product images are for illustrative purposes only and provide an approximate representation of the item.
2. Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us directly via WhatsApp: +201146097413.
Once your return request is approved, you can choose one of the following options to send the item back:

Option 1: Bring the item yourself to our warehouse.

Option 2: Use any shipping provider of your choice to ship the item back.

Option 3: Request our shipping agent to collect the item from your location.
⚠️ Important Notice for Shipping Returns:
You are fully responsible for the order during the return journey, including ensuring it is properly packaged and protected for safe delivery.
AZCOFFEE will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or issues that occur during transit.
All return shipping fees will be at your own expense.
If the return is due to a change of mind (without a valid technical reason), the original shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.
5. Damaged Items & Order Issues

Time Window: If your order is missing items, or contains damaged/incorrect products, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after 24 hours will unfortunately not be accepted, and the order will be considered complete and approved.

Coffee Machines Inspection: If you ordered a bean-to-cup coffee machine, you have the right to inspect the machine upon delivery. Please report any visible issues to us before the delivery agent leaves; otherwise, the order will be considered successfully accepted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:

Online Payments: The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted.

Cash on Delivery / InstaPay: The refund will be processed and sent via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

Deductions: Original shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake or error on our part.
If more than 20 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please follow up with us immediately on WhatsApp at +201146097413.
