Delivery is carried out by our trusted domestic shipping partners directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

☕ Coffee Machines: If you have ordered a bean-to-cup coffee machine, you have the strict right to open and inspect the machine in the presence of the delivery agent. Any physical issues or damages must be reported to us before the delivery agent leaves your location. Otherwise, the order will be officially considered accepted and complete.
